Organisations that use or develop AI systems must ensure their staff is AI literate. Risk for Christ offers in-company AI fundamentals training for this purpose.

What does the AI fundamentals training from Risk for Christ include?

The AI fundamentals training consists of two half-day sessions. Half day 1 (theory): what is AI and what it can do for your business, application within your specific organisation, and Christian ethics and responsible use. Half day 2 (hands-on): working with professional AI tools, organising and processing data, and building custom tools for your workflow. The training is in-company, for up to 8 participants, including a certificate of participation in accordance with the EU AI literacy obligation.

The in-company AI fundamentals training is suitable for any team that works with or will work with AI systems. From management to operational staff, no technical prior knowledge is required. The training is customised to your specific organisation and sector. Available in Zeeland and throughout the Netherlands.

What is EU AI Act article 4 (AI literacy obligation)?

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. This has been in force since 2 February 2025. After the AI fundamentals training from Risk for Christ, each participant receives a certificate demonstrating compliance with this legal obligation.
